Antislavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Swagelok is committed to ensuring that its suppliers do not engage in human trafficking or the use of slave labor. Our Corporate Code of Conduct and Swagelok Supplier Code of Ethics reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all aspects of our business. To identify and mitigate risk we require our suppliers to certify compliance with Swagelok Supplier Code of Ethics, conduct various audits of our suppliers, and maintain an Ethics Hotline to allow anonymous reporting of any concern, worldwide.

Swagelok investigates all ethics claims timely and thoroughly with the assistance of its Legal Department and Human Resources Department.

Swagelok has zero tolerance of slavery and human trafficking and will not continue to do business with any supplier found to be engaged in such behavior.
