Items purchased more than 3 months ago are not taken in return.
Returns of standard items in unbroken packaging may be granted depending on volume and with the approval of Swagelok Norway (SVAFAS Stavanger Valve and Fitting AS).
Special-ordered items (marked MTO, 3P or Non-Swagelok Item on quotes and order confirmations) are customer-specific and cannot be cancelled or returned.
Order cancellation or postponement of shipment is only possible after written agreement with Swagelok Norway (SVAFAS Stavanger Valve and Fitting AS).
A return fee of minimum 20% will be charged.
